How do you change the Budget Difference summary from showing the entire year to YTD instead?

In the budget view, there is a budget difference in the upper right hand corner. It always shows the difference for the entire year (which apparently includes income projections and not expense projections because mine is always way positive). How do you change the setting so that it shows YTD totals only?

You can't change the one at the upper right.

You can, however, show your current totals if you click on the icon to toggle their display. then, you can click on the dropdown to show YTD only. See attached.
