One transfer transaction stuck under the "TO account not synched."

Quicken Mac Subscription Member ✭✭
Running Version 5.17.5 on Mac 10.15.6. I have a category called "Savings Transfer." In it, I mark all the transactions where money goes out of my savings account, and all the transactions where it then shows up in my checking account. There are about 20 transactions in that list. However, there is one transaction that has been refusing to show up, even though it is clearly categorized as "savings transfer." I messed around with my report customization and I now see the transaction in question, but it's at the bottom of the "savings transfer" category summary under the heading "TO account not synched." As far as I can tell, it's no different than any of the other transactions in the savings account. Any ideas?

Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community and post your issue, although I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing these difficulties in Quicken.
I suggest adding the "Transfer" column to your Quicken registers, as this will help you to determine the difference between the transaction in question, and the others that are reporting correctly.
