Tags showing in split transactions

None of my registers contain tags. Recently when recalling memorized transactions and going to enter split categories the tag field has all of a sudden begun to appear. How do I get rid of it or stop it from happening. Like I said, none of my registers have the tags

Is it adding a whole column in the register for Tags or just when you open the split?
You can click the gear icon in the upper right hand corner of the account register to get a list of columns you can add or delete one.
I'm staying on Quicken 2013 Premier for Windows.
