This is Aug 18. I've installed R28.16 on my Win 10 VM and I still get the very annoying message this thread is about. The upgrade did not work on my machine. I'm running a file on my C drive in a Quicken folder and I'm still getting it. What gives?

Thank you for taking the time to share this issue with the Community, although I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing these difficulties in Quicken.

I suggest performing a clean reinstall of the latest mondo patch, by following the steps outlined here.
