I have a licensed disk of Quicken 2011. My laptop died & the new one does not have CD/DVD slot. Can I download a copy of Quicken 2011 from the web, or any single user version of Quicken.

Using a friend's computer or one at the library, copy the contents of the CD to a thumbdrive. Then do the install from the thumbdrive.
DO NOT START Quicken at the end of the install. Download, save and execute the last patch release for QW2011 found at this link:
Quicken Patches
Then copy or restore the last copy/backup from the old installation to the new and start Quicken and open/restore the data file.
