Does updating to R28.18 change your defined operating conditions?

Had to renew my subscription and updated to R28.18. I was not using web storage for a copy of my data files. After the update the balances on all of my accounts are wrong and no longer match the balances on the paper statements. Before the update the balances matched.

Prior to updating Quicken, did you perform a Manual Backup?

I don't do One Step Update, but do Manual Backups.
