Update R28.18 broke Quicken

Now every time I open Quicken Premier it asks me for my Quicken ID and password - EVERY TIME - but when I enter the info it then just hangs and does nothing until it crashes completely. I have reinstalled as well as performed all of the suggested data file fixes.
