Since you've been having the error for the last week you've already gone through some of the troubleshooting steps provided in the CC-502 error article here. If you could try the second step located on the article and see if you're able to get connected. If not we'll need to contact Quicken Support via chat or phone so we're able to collect logs and see what exactly is happening. I'll also list our hours down below so you can find a time that works best for you.
