Not able to Add any accounts to Quicken CC-501

Been trying to add new account of any type to my quicken for over 2 weeks not and i just get a the error we apologize for the inconvenience, but we are unable to connect to the quicken servers at this time CC-501. Turned off firewall, antivirus rebooted etc and nothing works.

As stated in this error-specific support article regarding error CC-501, if the issue persists for more than 24 hours, you will need to contact Quicken Support for further assistance. This error will require our support agents to collect and review your log files and likely file an escalation to have it resolved.
