Why does Quicken 2020, only show transactions as of 6/2014?

Only Transactions as of 6/2014 are showing, my system date is correct. Yesterday, 8/31/2020, all transactions showed.

    Hi @EdwardMMoore,

    It sounds like your register sort order has been accidentally set to limit which transactions are displayed.

    Tof fix - try this:

    Open the register > at the top of the page, below the account title, you'll see 3 boxes and a "Reset" button > Press the reset button  >and you should then see all transactions.

    If that doesn't work, or if this display is the same for all of your registers it could be possible that you somehow opened an old Quicken data file, instead of the current file you've been using.
