Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I'm wondering here are you looking at reports or at your register in quicken. I believe you're talking about the register but I'd like to make sure that's the case. If you wouldn't mind could you take a screenshot of the screen if you can if not just reference the area you're talking about and we'll work on it from there.
