Where has planning gone on my toolbar

I can’t get into planning as the site has disappeared from my toolbar

Right click in the Toolbar and select Customize Toolbar:



Select a desired button and Add->.  When you're done, select Done.

Do View > Tabs to show and make sure Planning is selected.
