After reconciling my credit card accounts, I used to get a prompt asking if I wanted to pay the outstanding balance but no longer get those prompts. Is there a way I can turn these on?

Alerts like that one have a box to check so that they will not show up again in the future. I'm guessing that at one time you had checked that box before closing the Alert. To get these Alerts to popup, again, I would first try: Edit > Preferences > Alerts & Messages > Reset Quicken Warnings.

@ggershwin - It is not clear to me what you are asking. You made two posts here that appear to be similar but also appear to be about different things. So, I am not sure how to respond. Are you talking about Preferences option? If so, every version of Quicken has Preferences options. Click on Edit and at the bottom of that Menu is Preferences. Click on Preferences and the Preferences options come up.
