    I bought Quicken Delux 2020 on order # 5292073-842528. It was suppose to be sent by E-Mail, but all I received was a text, help please

    if you have a userid already set up - log and see if the link is in the 'order' tab

    log in to your account and about 3/4 of the way down it says 'download quicken'

    Hello @g_mabe

    Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I was taking a look at your order and also your account but noticed I couldn't find either. Did you purchase quicken through a third party company (Best Buy, Amazon, Walmart, ect)? If so I recommend looking in your purchase history for an activation code. 

    From there you'll want to download the program from the link that Sherlock has provided above. It'll take you through the steps of creating your new quicken account and also activating your quicken.

    As mentioned above -
    basic beginning question.... WHERE did you purchase Quicken ?
    - was it a CD
    - was it a digital download only
    need some details
