Anyone else had problems accessing Chat on their MAC?

I am not able to access the Chat and have checked my Safari settings and it is set to allow pop ups. When I click on the links, nothing happens.

Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. That is a bit odd but I think it might be due to safari. I would attempt to see if we're able to connect using either google chrome or firefox if you have one of them downloaded. Once you're able to try one of those browsers out let us know if you're able to get chat to come up!

Ok thanks Francisco. I see the chat line is closed so I will try Chrome tomorrow and let you know.

Hi again Francisco. I logged into Quicken using Chrome and was able to access the CHAT so the problem was Safari. Thanks for your help!
