Quicken Hangs in Online Services

Over the past few days I have noticed that Quicken in permanently hanging when it get the Online Services section of the One Step Update. I have to use the task manager to terminate it. I am on windows 10 running Quicken 2020 version R28.28 and build 27.1.28.28.

Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to report this issue, although I apologize that you have not received a response.Please follow the steps below to sign out and sign back in.
- Go to Edit > Preferences > Quicken ID & Cloud accounts
- Click sign in as a different user
- Type "yes" to sign out
- After you sign out, sign back in with the same Quicken ID
