Can't find Activation Code

I just purchased Quicken Home Business 2019 from the Quicken website. It says my 16 digit activation code is in my order confirmtion email. I do not see any activation code in my email. When I try to log into the quicken website, the screen goes blank. What am I missing?

    If you purchased Quicken for the Quicken web site there is no activation code.  If you haven't already, I suggest you review: https://www.quicken.com/support/how-do-i-download-quicken-quickencom-after-i-buy-it

    Is this where you are trying to log into the Quicken website ?
    It might be a little slow, - the top menu items appear,
    ---> Sign In ---> My Account --->
    then a rotated set of balls,
    then your Quicken ID Profile info

    I have it downloaded. It wants me to activate it.

    I click sign it and there is nothing there. Just a blank page. I have waited 5 minutes for it to load.
