Can't find Activation Code

I just purchased Quicken Home Business 2019 from the Quicken website. It says my 16 digit activation code is in my order confirmtion email. I do not see any activation code in my email. When I try to log into the quicken website, the screen goes blank. What am I missing?

I have it downloaded. It wants me to activate it.

You will get the request for an activation code when a subscription is not active for the Quicken account identified by the Quicken ID.  You need to use the same Quicken ID you used when you purchased the subscription.

It might be a little slow, - the top menu items appear,
---> Sign In ---> My Account --->
then a rotated set of balls,
then your Quicken ID Profile info

I click sign it and there is nothing there. Just a blank page. I have waited 5 minutes for it to load.
