How can I apply FIFO automatically

How can I apply FIFO automatically without having to assign, IS Shares, Individually. As you can image it is too time consuming to do this manually. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Assuming you are talking about downloaded transactions:
Edit > Preferences > Downloaded transactions > Lot assignment after investment download > Settings. For each account check the "automatic assignment instead of prompting on accept" checkbox and then select "Quicken default (First shares in for equities).

preferences for the account: select
Edit > Preferences...
