Quicken keeps incorrectly categorizing transactions

I have the latest updated software and have done the repairs on my file and have unchecked all "Downloaded transaction" settings, however, Quicken still incorrectly Categories downloaded transactions as incorrect transfers to other accounts. No matter what settings I remove, this is still an issue and has been happening for a few months. Any solutions?

    Thank you so much. I wasn't aware of that setting. I will open a backup file, turn this off, and retry the sync.
