quicken not working after upgrade

i recently installed the latest patch and now i can't get quicken to open at all. it keeps prompting me for my quicken login then either fails entirely or says my subscription has expired.

    Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I do apologize for the issue you're having. I was taking a look on our side and see each of your logins are successful so I'm wondering why exactly it's saying that you aren't able to get in here. I think the first step we should try taking here would be to try a mondo patch to see if we're able to get signed in.

    Once you're able to try this out see if you're able to log in. Let us know the results!
