Quicken for Mac 2016. Enter budget amounts into Categories

I have set up a budget, worked successfully setting up categories, but cannot figure out how to enter the budgeted amounts into the categories? It seems version 2016 is more difficult that newer versions.

2016 and newer should be roughly the same for entering budget amounts. Go into your budget, and click on Edit Budgets and you will be able to enter the amounts:
