Why is Online bill pay at Bank of America not updating changes in Quicken

I have just recently (Sept 2020) noticed that any changes I make to a scheduled online bill payment at Bank of America do not update the payments in Quicken after syncing. Version 5.18.2 (Build 518.35919.100)

    I would like to gather some more information to better assist you:

    Do you send payment instructions to Bank of America in Quicken? Or do you only schedule them in your online banking with Bank of America

    Are these scheduled payments already created transaction items in the account register in Quicken?

    Have these payments updated in your register previously?

    Perhaps providing a screenshot of the issue may help as well.
