Editing Checkpay Address

I am trying to figure out how to edit the checkpay address for one of my reminders. I can go into the reminder and edit it but it does not save. Everytime I go back in the original address is still there?

Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I do apologize for the issue you're having. I believe he reason that it's not changing on your side is because you'll need to change the check pay itself rather than the reminder. To do this go to the bills and income tab. Make sure you have check pay payees showing. To the right of the check pay button click on the dropdown arrow and select edit this payee. From here you should have the option to change the address to the desired one. I'll leave a photo down below as well highlighting where the options to double check are.

Glad to hear that you were able to get it figured out. Since you have two of the same deleting the second one should be in the same dropdown as the link reminder option. If you do have any more questions let us know!

Thanks I did not know that existed. Interesting enough I had two of the same check pay companies that were spelled the same just with different case so that caused the edits to get confused and only updated one of them.
