Thanks for letting us know that you've already tried the steps provided in the support article. For this error it looks like we're going to have to contact Quicken Support via chat or phone. The error you're getting is related to something on our side that we're likely going to need to collect logs for. Once you get the chance to contact support let us know how it goes!
