Hello @DavidSutphin
Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I do apologize for the issue you're having. You should be able to disable the mobile and web by going across the top to Edit> Preferences > Mobile and web. From here you'll be able to turn off the mobile and web at the top.
As it goes for your backup data that is odd. One place I would double check a backup for would be the automatic backup folder if you haven't already You should have one here that's not too old with the transactions within the 30 days. To find the folder it should be in C:\Users\<User Profile>Documents\Quicken\BACKUP. Could you try opening these files and see if we're able to get back to a reasonable spot.Once you get a chance let us know how it goes. If you also have any additional details on what was done while you talked to support that'd also be helpful.
Thanks,
Quicken Francisco

What's the point of doing backups if Quicken is going to ignore them? Turning off Mobile/Web Sync (which I never use) makes no difference.0
