Quicken stopped downloading transactions for Chase Total Checking

All other accounts at Chase are fine. i'm using quicken 5.18.2 and a MacBook 10.15.7

Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I do apologize for the issue you're having. That is odd that one account isn't syncing but the others are. One thing that we can try real quick would be to deactivate and reactivate the account.

First thing I'll recommend is to save a backup to revert back to just in case. You can find how to do so down below.

Next we'll try deactivating all of the accounts. You can do so by following the article listed down below.

Once all the accounts are deactivated go ahead and follow the article here on reconnecting the accounts.

Once you've given this a try let us know if the transactions downloaded. If not we'll see what we can attempt next.
