Reconciled transaction keeps getting cleared.

I am using Windows 10 Home, Version- 2004. Quicken Premier 2020, Version- R29-20 So far I have noticed in my two registers, one entry in each register, both are in the month of March 2020. One is on 12th and other is on 17th. Tried reconciling manually, files Super validated several times, made copies, called Quicken support three times. nothing worked so far. every time I reboot my computer and re-open Quicken, above mentioned two items are clear and no reconciled.

    Since data validation does not seem to have resolved your issue, I would suggest making note of the two problem entries and then delete them. Reboot your PC and reenter the two transactions. Hopefully this will fix the issue.
