Reconciliation Error on Large Online Balances

I just sold a house, and deposited the proceeds into a USAA account, which sent the account over 6 figures (8 digits including cents). The past few reconciles of that account have shown the online balance in Quicken incorrectly as being less by 1 penny. Which means I have to stop the auto reconcile and manually enter the statement balance.
This seems like some kind of rounding error, but I can't tell if it's quicken or USAA. The USAA balance shown on their website matches the register balance.

USAA sends the online bank bank balance in the OFX file download. You can verify the balance amount by searching the OFX log files under Help>Log Files. If you are not familiar with the file layout, it will be rather daunting, but if you start from the bottom and search backwards for <BALAMT> within the USAA file section, you should be able to verify what is being sent.5

Thank you, I was able to confirm the log file data. It's USAA who is making the rounding error somewhere.0
