OL-297-A Error, Think Bank

I have been getting OL-297-A Error connecting to Think Bank-Direct Connect for a few days now. This is the only bank that I'm having issues with. I am using Quicken Deluxe for Windows R29.22 Build 27.1.29.22

I have verified that TLS 1.2 is checked.
I have confirmed that First-party and Third-party Cookies are both set to Accept.
I am still getting OL-297-A Error connecting to Think Bank-Direct Connect. The bank has been notified. Waiting for a resolution.

This is now working after resetting the account under Online Setup.
