You can easily create a new data file using the option on the File menu, more importantly, why do you want to separate one account out, that may not be necessary.

Hi @"
wmwimaw ,
Easily., after Quicken is open, click File > New Quicken File >
Make sure that New Quicken File is dotted and click OK.
Browse to the correct folder that you want the New Data File to be stored in and click Open. Then you want to give the file, a Unique Name, like Woman, for Example, or use your First Name. Never use the Default Filename. You won't be able to easily find the file, using File Explorer. Click Save after typing in the filename.
You need to decide whether to Use Mobile and Web or Don't use mobile and web.
Then click Next. And finally Add your Account(s).
If using Online Services, you need to create a Vault Password, which is open to you.
