PNC account not found and OTP errors

My PNC mortgage account will not update the last two weeks. It first says account not found and when I try to reconnect it, it takes my password and gives me my phone number to select for OTP, I get the OTP but then it says “retry. Function is unavailable at this time while posting OTP code” I can log into PNC directly with no issues. Is this a known issue lately?!?

    There are multiple post issues with PNC and Quicken, but this is the first posting I've seen for a loan account.

    I agree, I saw quite a few errors with PNC but not this one.. hoping it's related so it fixes with any other fix

    I finally disconnected our loan account from automatic downloads. It would forever be adding the interest amount to the balance. I didn't like the way it did that. Instead, when I apply a payment to the loan, I split it. Making one split a transfer to the loan and the other split the Fees Interest category. This way I don't have constant account adjustments in the loan account in Quicken.
