I have been receiving a CC601 error

I am having a CC601 problem with CITI. I have 5 credit card accounts, 4 have activity. It started on 10/23 for me. Windows 10.
It appears the Mac folks are having it to but I haven't seen it reported in Windows

    This error is usually caused because of issues with the financial institution recognizing your account(s) with it.  Please follow the guidance included in this LINK.
