multiple logins to schwab

i have login for separate accounts for exwife. We share access to her IRA, but not her brokerage. I have been unable to set up sync for her brokerage. My sync works fine for all my accounts and for her ira. I noticed closed thread for similar question for USbank. I have been unable to set up sync for her brokerage acct.

Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I do apologize for the issue you're having. In this case I would recommend contacting Charles Schwab support so that they're able to help you with the process of setting up the accounts. Since the accounts are direct connect they'll have more information on what exactly is going on that's not letting you connect the accounts into quicken. Correct! Schwab has a setting to enable OFX transactions, such as automated downloading of transactions by quicken. Enabled, worked fine.

one login had OFX enabled, the other did not. thus the different behavior
