"Add Account" pop-ups on every One Step Update

I have multiple Ally Bank accounts, one was a CD which matured. That account no longer exists @ Ally and has been closed in Quicken.
Every time I do a one step update I get 2 pop-up "Add Account" dialogs asking for login information for Ally, even when "Ally" accounts are not selected.
How do I stop this? I've had Quicken add the account again, turned off on-line services, deleted the account and yet the spurious pop-ups continue. I've turned off on-line services for all Ally Accounts and added them again with no change in symptoms.

I started getting this nonsense on my 'backup' system, and as someone posted, you look for old versions of the account, or in my case for some instances where Quicken's own imagination created duplicate accounts, change the fin inst name, plus I CLOSE account yet again. Cleaned it out. Odd, the thread was closed.0
