Verizon Visa has stopped updating.

Quicken Windows Other Member ✭✭✭
Verizon Visa seems to have stopped updating. the data at the bank doesn't make to the download. Even the .qfx download seems to fail. I get the error message OL-221-A.
Anyone else seeing that?
