Why does the Wealthscape Investor account update ask for a PIN when it really wants the password

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭✭
Trying to activate the Wealthscape Investor account I have, Quicken asks for a Username, Pin and account number. The website wants Username, Password and Account Number with no dashes. Hint to Q: Passwords and PINs are not the same thing.
