Web connect to Boeing 401k

I am trying to create a new Quicken account to represent my Boeing 401k and to establish online connection.
I have downloaded a QFX file and it contains the same header as others who used to have a similar problem. But their problems must be resolved. The QFX header contains:
<FI><ORG>Mellon
<FID>127</FI>
I tried File -> Import -> Bank or Brokerage, and I get the error: "Quicken is unable to update this account because Web Connect support for your financial institution has been either temporarily, or permanently discontinued [CC-885]."
The Boeing 401k website says it only supports Quicken's 'Web Connect" method.
I tried to create a Quicken account and then set up transaction download, but I can't find an FI that contains 'Mellon' and has a web connect.
