Duplicate entries but not in registry

Hello looking at my budget I see on some days I am over and it shows duplicate entries.
I look at the main bank account and I only see 1 entry. The online version shows the correct entry and no duplicates.
What can I do to fix this?

    Do you have a scheduled reminder that is not being processed correctly when due? This reminder plus a downloaded or manually recorded separate register transaction IMHO could explain what you're seeing.

    thank you not sure what was wrong so I just changed the categories to something else. I think it just got corrupt.
