Enhancement Suggestion: Bill Details - full balance

It would be nice to have bill details allow an option to pay the full balance. Instead it manually remembers the last balance but for my credit card it will never be the same as a regular bill. This was or is a feature still in Windows version.
How do you make suggestions to Quicken? There does not seem to be any way other than posting suggestions here.
