Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. We'll need a bit more info here. What exactly are you looking to do? Are you trying to add new symbols into quicken? The symbols should correspond with what you see in the markets so there shouldn't be an issue with adding them.

Thanks for the responses. I have now discovered by experiment that the normal symbol for a preferred share must be altered from " .pr. " to " - " and then the quote will be downloaded. For example TD-R instead of TD.Pr.R.0
