Release R30.14 - NEW Foreign Bank Account Report(FBAR) screen/report

So Quicken does a program update on launch today and then it starts. I'm presented with a weird un-closable screen called Foreign Bank Account Report(FBAR). Had to Ctl-Alt delete the program to get it off my screen. What was that???

It sure should have been a window that you can close. It simply put up the Help -> What's New in Quicken Dialog.
Maybe you have you Windows scaling / Use Large fonts set to a point where this dialog doesn't all fix on the screen. It is a very large dialog that can't be resized.
Alt+F4 will close it.

Reports -> Tax -> Foreign Bank Accounts Report (FBAR)
This might be Premier and above report.

I do have Quicken Premier.R30.14. This FBAR report is indeed in Quicken Standard Reports under Tax. Never used or saw it before but it launched itself with that update and could not be closed. Maybe some anomaly but it has not happened since.
