problem with 'one step update' w/bank

after accepting R30-14, [it] asks for password, asks again in popup window, does update only one of two bank accounts;

    Sorry to hear you are having some hiccups with the One Step Update process.

    To get a clearer idea of your situation so we might be better able to assist you -
    Are you getting any sort of error code? (If so, exactly what does the error code say?) What connection type are your accounts set up on? And what Financial Institution(s) are we dealing with? Are all of your accounts accessible under the same password? (Or do you have different passwords for each account?)
