Raymond James Download Issues

I am not able to download from my raymond james account. Can Someone advise is this an issues on RJ side? Any communication from the company acknowledging the problem and the fix.

    First, could you please provide which version of Quicken you have currently running?

    Also, when did this issue first start happening? Are you receiving any error codes and/or messages that you could provide us with, please? Which connection method are you using to download from your financial institution - Express Web Connect, Direct Connect, or Web Connect (.QFX import)?
