How to change scheduled transaction from sent to paid?

Scheduled transaction has been sent, received and accepted by payee, but 4 months later still shows sent in Quicken and I can't find a way to show it paid.

    Is it still part of a schedule series, or now an individual transaction? Double click on it and see if it just goes into edit mode or offers you options for mark as paid, skip, edit all future, etc.

    Once you get it into edit mode, click on Edit Details (blue box) then click on the Bill Pay tab. See if there's an option there to cancel the pending bill pay transaction.
