I see there is a way to add the interest rate to a loan and then it displays at the top of the account page. But is there a way to add the interest rate to the account details for a credit card or home equity line?

CC, no. Home Equity, yes, if you use the loan tool for Home Equity. (You have to set up the Loan Terms)
