I'm wondering if we may be able to just quickly try to deactivate and reactivate the account to try to get it back up and running. I'll leave steps on how to do so below.
First thing I'll
recommend is to save a backup to revert back to just in case. You can find how
to do so down below.
Next we'll try
deactivating all of the accounts. You can do so by following the article listed
Once all the accounts are
deactivated go ahead and follow the article here on reconnecting the accounts.
Once you get a chance to try this out let us know how it goes! Also if you've done any other troubleshooting steps please let us know as well and we'll see what we can look for next.
