Can I download a transaction for my 2020 budget from a 2021 transacton?

Edit the transaction.

To edit any transaction in a register, you may either:

1. Select the transaction, then click the Edit button in the toolbar at the bottom of the register.
2. Select the transaction, then in Quicken's menu: Transactions > Edit Transaction.
3. Select the transaction, then Command-E.
4. Double-click on the transaction.

After any of the above operations, the selected transaction will enter edit mode. Each editable field will appear with a blue border around a white field.

Then click on the date field and enter a new value. When done, press the Return key.

After downloading, you just have to change the date in your Q. register.
