Transactions not downloading

I have not been able to get transactions to download/enter into my register since the first of the year. My last transactions were successfully entered on 12/31/2020. They will download from the bank, but when I try to get them to enter into the register, they will not.

    I reinstalled Quicken. Problem resolved.
