Is anyone else getting the OL-393-A error code when downloading from Chase?

All 3 of my Chase accounts get this error currently, the problem started around 1/5/20
**Problem resolved, Chase made accounts dormant due to inactivity. I am trying to delete this discussion but can't figure out how?**
