you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I do apologize for the issue you're having. Generally when you connect your accounts for download through quicken you'll only get about 90 days.
In order to download further back depending on the bank we'll generally be able to download further back. Majority of major banks go back about 1-3 years in that time frame for download. In order to download the transactions you'll want to sign into the banks website and select the account you want to download transactions from. From there you'll want to find the download/export transaction button.
